Inesa's artWorld accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal is accepted as well.

What is your return policy?

I aim for all the photographs, details, and shipping information of my art products to be as accurate as possible. Hence, all sales are final. However, if your painting is damaged or lost, please contact me at info@inesasartworld.com and I will try my best to rectify any issues you encounter for the art product/s you purchased. Shipping fees vary based on the quantity, size, and type of art you've ordered. The shipping fee for the product you ordered will be displayed in the checkout page before you place your order.

As soon as your art piece ships, I will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your order.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact me at info@inesasartworld.com. I am unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.  I am also unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.
